Spooner BID Grant Program
The Spooner Business Improvement District is proud to offer matching grant funds to eligible businesses within the BID.

Sign Grant
Tax paying commercial property owners and business tenants within the Business Improvement District are eligible for matching grant funds for permanent and durable exterior signage. The BID will reimburse the property owner or tenant for up to 50% of the expense, up to a maximum of $1,000 for eligible projects.

Building Rehabilitation Grant
Tax paying commercial property owners and business tenants within the Business Improvement District are eligible for matching grant funds for improvements made to their building. The BID will reimburse the property owner or tenant for up to 50% of the expense, up to a maximum of $2,500 for eligible projects.
